Data we collect and why

  • Name, phone number and email address: to create your account, deliver your orders, send invoices and contact you about them.
  • Delivery and billing addresses, including a GSTIN if you add one: for delivery and GST-compliant invoices.
  • Precise location: only when you tap Use current location on the address map, to fill in your address. It is never collected in the background. The vendor app does not use location.
  • Photos and videos you choose with the system photo picker (profile photo, reviews, refunds, support tickets, chat, and vendor product, shop and KYC images). We cannot see any other photos on your device.
  • Device push-notification (Firebase Cloud Messaging) token and app language: to send order and account notifications.
  • Payments: card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay or Zoho Payments, not stored by us. We keep the payment reference, amount and status.
  • Orders, invoices, reviews, support tickets and chat messages you send.
  • Vendors: PAN, GSTIN, bank account number, IFSC and account holder name, for payouts and tax compliance.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the store: Razorpay and Zoho (payments and invoices), Shiprocket and couriers (delivery), Google Firebase (notifications and sign-in), Google Maps (address search) and Facebook or Google if you use them to sign in. All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not sell personal data and we show no ads.
