    CCTV Camera Installation – Terms & Conditions -POPSY SECURE
    1. Scope of Work
    POPSY SECURE will supply and install CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, cables, power supply, and
    accessories as mentioned in the quotation. Any additional work will be charged separately.
    2. Installation Location
    Camera locations will be finalized before installation. Any changes after installation will be
    chargeable. Client must provide safe access and power points.
    3. Pricing & Payment
    Advance payment (if applicable) must be made before installation. Balance payment is due
    immediately after installation. Payments once made are non-refundable.
    4. Warranty
    All CCTV products carry manufacturer warranty on product only. Warranty is strictly limited to
    hardware defects. Any site visit, service call, or labour charges during the warranty period
    will be chargeable. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, power fluctuations,
    lightning, or misuse.
    5. Maintenance & Support
    Free support is not included unless specifically mentioned. Any visit for checking, repair, relocation,
    or configuration will be chargeable. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is optional and charged
    separately.
    6. Power & Internet
    Client must provide uninterrupted power supply and internet connection for remote viewing. POPSY
    SECURE is not responsible for downtime due to power or internet failure.
    7. Data & Privacy
    POPSY SECURE is not responsible for data loss, hacking, or misuse of footage. Client must
    comply with local surveillance and privacy laws. Cameras must not be installed in private areas
    such as washrooms or bedrooms.
    8. Damage & Liability
    POPSY SECURE is not responsible for damage to walls, paint, ceilings, or concealed wiring during
    installation.
    9. Completion & Acceptance
    Installation is considered complete after system demonstration and client acceptance. Any
    complaint must be reported within 24 hours.
    10. Cancellation
    Order cancellation after work commencement will result in deduction of installation and material
    costs.
    11. Governing Law
    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to local court
    jurisdiction.
